As a chef and coffee enthusiast from Brazil, I've dedicated years to discovering the perfect Brazilian coffee. I’m thrilled to say that this particular brew is among the finest I’ve ever tasted!

For the best results, I recommend brewing it using either a Chemex or a V60 pour-over method. Here's my preferred process: start with a medium-high grind and heat your water to 205°F. Bloom the coffee for one minute, then follow up with 2-3 pours. In my experience, this method takes about six minutes to brew a delightful 32 oz of coffee, using 60g of grounds for a ratio of 1:17.
